1. Service & Operator Identity

Prince Links (“the Service”, “Platform”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) is a digital creator and link-in-bio platform accessible at https://links.princeji.com.

Prince Links is operated by PRINCE as an individual enterprise under the princeji brand.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, claiming a handle, publishing a public creator profile, or accessing any part of Prince Links, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use the Service.

3. Account Registration & Account Security

Account registration requires authentication via a valid Google account.

• You agree to provide accurate and authentic account information.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your Google account credentials and for all activities that occur under your profile.
• We reserve the right to refuse registration or deactivate accounts that do not comply with our platform policies.

4. Permitted Use & Prohibited Conduct

You agree to use Prince Links solely for lawful purposes in accordance with these Terms. You must not publish or transmit:

• Phishing links, deceptive redirects, malware, spyware, or malicious scripts.
• Content that infringes upon third-party intellectual property, trademarks, or copyrights.
• Spam, automated abuse, unapproved scraping, or unauthorized promotional campaigns.
• Hate speech, harassment, sexually explicit material, violence, or illegal goods/services.
• Material that attempts to bypass access controls or disrupt platform infrastructure.
• Impersonation of any person, brand, organization, or public figure, or of Prince Links staff — including via misleading handles, display names, or false affiliation.

5. Usernames, Handles & Impersonation

• Handles are identifiers, not property. Your username/handle is an address provided by Prince Links to identify your profile. It is not permanently owned property, and no particular handle is guaranteed to be available.
• Reserved and protected handles. We may reserve or protect certain handles — including platform, system, brand, organization, and public-figure names — and make them unavailable to other users.
• No impersonation or misleading affiliation. You may not select a handle, display name, or profile presentation that impersonates another person or entity, or that falsely suggests affiliation, endorsement, or official status.
• Complaint review. Trademark, brand, and public-figure impersonation complaints may be submitted to contact@princeji.com and will be reviewed; we may request evidence of identity or rights. We do not operate automated trademark adjudication, and submitting a complaint does not guarantee any particular outcome or transfer.
• Handle decisions. Where reasonably necessary for fraud prevention, protection of legal rights, platform safety, or resolution of a verified ownership dispute, Prince Links may rename, reclaim, suspend, or transfer a handle. Legitimate brand and public-figure handle requests are reviewed through an authorized process and may require verification evidence such as an official-domain email address, official website proof, or verified public presence.

6. User Content & Hosting License

You retain full ownership of all links, titles, descriptions, avatars, images, and other materials you submit to Prince Links (“User Content”).

By uploading or publishing User Content, you grant Prince Links a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license strictly necessary to store, format, optimize, and display your content publicly in connection with operating the Service.

8. Free Tier & Paid Pro Subscriptions

We offer a generous Free tier providing baseline creator capabilities, including profile customization, profile links, themes, media embeds, QR codes, and 30-day analytics.

Our optional Pro subscription is available at ₹149 / month on a recurring monthly billing basis. Pro grants advanced capabilities such as complete platform branding removal and 90-day / 1-year analytics history.

• The Pro subscription (₹149/month or ₹1,490/year) and the Creator subscription (₹399/month or ₹3,990/year) are both available for purchase in India on a recurring billing basis — your choice of monthly or yearly (annual) billing. International (USD) billing, including international annual billing, is not publicly available at this time. There is currently no free trial.
• Online billing and subscription fulfillment are handled through our authorized payment gateway partners.
• Applicable taxes are calculated in accordance with relevant regulations.

9. Cancellation & Refund Policy

You may cancel a paid Pro subscription at any time. Detailed cancellation, renewal, and refund terms are governed by our separate Cancellation & Refund Policy.

10. Service Availability & Platform Modifications

We continually improve our platform. We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue certain features with or without notice. We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

11. Suspension, Termination & Self-Service Account Deletion

We reserve the right to immediately suspend, restrict, or terminate access to any account or public profile that violates these Terms, poses a security threat, or engages in fraudulent activity.

Users who can access their account may also initiate permanent self-service deletion from Account Settings inside the dashboard. Self-service account deletion is irreversible and immediate — there is no grace period or recovery option once the deletion is confirmed.

• Subscription precondition: If you hold an active or non-terminal paid Pro subscription, you must fully cancel and allow it to expire before account deletion becomes available. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription or create any entitlement to a refund.
• Limited retention: Certain billing-event records, security logs, and provider-event records may be retained after deletion where required by applicable law or legitimate billing-integrity obligations, even if associated profile data has been permanently removed.
• External provider data: Data held by external identity or payment providers (such as Google or Razorpay) is governed by those providers' own policies and is not deleted by account deletion on this platform.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Prince Links and its operator (PRINCE) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of your access to or use of the Service.
